History of the Business
Acid Baits Laboratories was founded by Vincent Hlavacek in his garage. He had a few goals in mind when creating the business, firstly, he wanted to develop a company that would help to pay for his school tuition and pursue his dreams.

Vincent Hlavacek and other fellow anglers put the product to the test, using them in tournaments and relying on them to produce fish when the competition is on the line. All fishing products are designed with the angler in mind.
